SHIPPING INFORMATION

Turner Medical offers free shipping on purchases $99 and over.  Items ship within 24 hours.  No shipping Saturday or Sunday.  We insure all items and guarantee their delivery.   Tracking number will be emailed to you after item is shipped. 

Please Note:  Tracking number will be emailed when the order ships.  The email will include the tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless the shipping time exceeds the paid service.  (i.e. 2nd Day air arrived in 4 business days.)  Weather related delays will not be reimbursed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. PayPal is the recommended payment option for international orders.
