Checks - We also accept checks and money orders.

PRIVACY POLICY

We value your privacy as much as you do. This is why we will not give, sell or rent any customer information to any other company or business.

We gather two types of information about you. The first is the same information that most web sites gather when you visit, it is the information about what link you used to get to our site, search engine or banner ad. Also your IP address and the browser you are using. The second type of information is the information that you provide while placing an order.

What is your return policy?

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for a refund within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please call Turner Medical at 1-866-778-5890 and have your Order/Invoice number available when you call.

Returned merchandise must be sent back with original product packaging, parts and accessories in the same salable condition it was received in. Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error or a defective product no restocking fee will be applied. Software purchases are final and cannot be returned unless Turner Medical advises otherwise.

Returns will not be accepted after 15 days.

If product is defective or becomes defective within the specified Manufacturer's warranty period you must first contact the manufacturer.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax unless the ship to address is located in Connecticut (6% Sales Tax).

How long will it take to ship?

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all purchases (Hawaii & Alaska pay actual shipping cost).

Items ship within 24 hours via UPS. No shipping Saturday or Sunday. Payments received after 1 pm Eastern Time will be shipped out on the following business day. We insure all items and guarantee their delivery. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. UPS tracking number will be emailed to you after item is shipped.

Please Note: UPS tracking number will be emailed under the name QuantumView. The email will include the UPS tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless the shipping time exceeds the paid service. (i.e. 2nd Day air arrived in 4 business days.)
