Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) that are backed by a U.S. bank. 

Checks - We also accept checks and money orders.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for a refund within 15 days from the date of delivery.  Returns will not be accepted after 15 days.

Please call Turner Medical at 1-866-778-5890 to obtain a RMA number and have your Order/Invoice number available when you call. 

Returns with no RMA number will be refused!

Returned merchandise must be sent back in a box (padded envelopes will be refused) with original product packaging, parts and accessories in the same salable condition it was received in or the package will be refused. 

Software purchases are final and cannot be returned unless Turner Medical advises otherwise.  

If product is defective or becomes defective within the specified Manufacturer's warranty period you must first contact the manufacturer.

SALES TAX

We do not charge sales tax unless the ship to address is located in Connecticut (6% Sales Tax).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all purchases over $100 (Hawaii & Alaska pay actual shipping cost).

Items ship within 24 hours via UPS.  No shipping Saturday or Sunday.  Payments received after 1 pm Eastern Time  will be shipped out on the following business day.  We insure all items and guarantee their delivery.  UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.   UPS tracking number will be emailed to you after item is shipped. 

Please Note:  UPS tracking number will be emailed under the name QuantumView.  The email will include the UPS tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless the shipping time exceeds the paid service.  (i.e. 2nd Day air arrived in 4 business days.)
