The Nonin Onyx II 9560 fingertip pulse oximeter is compatible with Microsoft Corp.'s online consumer health platform, Microsoft HealthVault. The Onyx II 9560 is the first pulse oximeter and the first Bluetooth enabled device to wirelessly transfer monitored SpO2 and pulse rate information to HealthVault -- enabling patients to easily manage, store, share and review their health information with their clinicians and family.

**Please Note:  A Bluetooth Adapter and a 32 or 64 Bit Windows operating system (XP, Vista, Windows 7) is required to be able to connect the Nonin 9560 to the HealthVault software.

Extremely versatile, it easily connects to communication devices (cell phones, PDAs, PCs, etc.). More importantly, the 9560 is designed to meet the requirements of the emerging Bluetooth Medical Device Profile (MDP), IEEE11073 and Continua compliances.

SmartPoint Technology eliminates the guesswork of determining which oximetry values to use for analysis. Using a sophisticated algorithm, it provides a fast and accurate snapshot of the patient’s SpO2 and pulse rate. The Onyx II 9560 sends the SmartPoint spot-check measurement typically 30 seconds from turn-on.

Extended Range

The Onyx II 9560 provides an extended range of up to 100 meters (Class I).
