ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS 
Orders can be placed over the phone call (Toll Free) 866-778-5890, by
sending in a check or on our website by following the below instructions.
Note: Turner Medical does not ship outside of the United States.
Ordering On-Line:
STEP 1. Locate the desired product page and add the product(s) to your cart
by clicking on the Add to Shopping Cart button (see below example).

STEP 2. After you click on the Add to Shopping Cart button you will be taken
to the ORDER RECAP page. Click on "Secure Checkout" to
begin the purchase process. See below for the other Order Recap page functions.
Order Recap Page Functions:

Removes product(s) added to Shopping Cart.

Updates the quantities entered in the QTY box. For multiple unit purchases.

Returns you to the product page.

Takes you to the LOGIN page.
STEP 3. The next page is the LOGIN page. You have three options
explained below:

Select "Secure Checkout" if you just want to
order without creating an account. This option is recommended for
customers who only plan on making one purchase. Repeat customers should
create an account using the "Register" option (see below).

Select "Login" to enter your account
information. You must first have an account created with a user name and
password to use this option.

Select "Register" to create an account.
Creating an account is recommended for repeat customers. Registering saves
billing and shipping information.
STEP 4. The next page is the secure Customer Information section.
Fill out the required information including shipping method and click on
"Submit" to complete your order.
Note: The billing address
must match the billing address for the credit card. Credit card must be
backed by a bank located in the United States
STEP 5. The next page is the secure Order Total Form. Select payment
method and enter credit card information then click on "Submit".
Note: When PayPal is selected as a payment method you will
be taken to secure paypal.com to complete your order.
FINAL STEP. Submitted order is processed. If order is approved you
will be given an invoice number and an order confirmation email will be sent.
Note: Please check your email security settings to make sure you
can accept emails from addresses that are not in your address book.
TurnerMedical.com sends order confirmation and tracking information via email
but you will not receive these emails from TurnerMedical.com if your security
settings are set too high.
Ordering with a check:
Checks - We accept checks and money
orders.
STEP 1. Make Checks/Money Orders out to
Turner Medical, Inc.
STEP 2. Mail check to:
35 Highwood Cir.
Colchester, CT 06415
STEP 3. Include
Shipping Address (No P.O. Boxes), Contact Name, Model # (i.e. SPO 5500) and a
Phone Number. If an email is included we can send UPS tracking information.
You may also include other information such as a Purchase Order number.
FINAL STEP. Product will ship as soon as the check
clears. If email was provided, tracking information will be emailed.
