RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you
may return it for a refund within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Please call
Turner Medical at 1-866-778-5890 to obtain a RMA number and have your
Order/Invoice number available when you call.
Returns with no RMA number will be refused.
Returned merchandise must be sent back in a box (padded envelopes
will be refused) with original product packaging,
parts and accessories in the same salable condition it was received in.
Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error or a defective
product no restocking fee will be applied. Software purchases are final
and cannot be returned unless Turner Medical advises otherwise.
Returns will not be accepted after 15 days.
If product is defective or becomes defective
within the specified Manufacturer's warranty period you must first contact the manufacturer.
