I received the Pulse oximeter fairly quickly after selecting it on the website. It is easy to use. Just slip the batteries in and close the battery cover. There is no switch to turn it on. Just insert your finger into the unit and it senses your finger and starts working. The unit seams to be more accurate than my other Pulse Oximeter as the readings do not fluctuate as much. Great product and Customer Service

Took the time to to discribe the options regarding the various Oximeters. Shipment timing adjusted to meet my needs. While the cost may be somewhat higher then other brands the quality is much better. Love the auto on/off - no buttons! Have used other brands and the Nonin was by far the best. Also, great customer service. Highly recommend the Nonin oximeter and Turner Medical.
