No problems in connecting my Nonin 7500 to my Dell. I didn't try an ordinary $5 serial cable instead because I understand there is a printed circuit in one of the two terminals. Still, Nonin wants an inordinate amount of money for a simple device.I appreciate TurnerMedical's knowledgeable staff.
