SHIPPING INFORMATION

Turner Medical offers freeshipping on all orders (USA only)!! Most items ordered before 3pmeastern will ship out same day. No shipping Saturday or Sunday. We insure allitems and guarantee their delivery. Tracking number will be emailed to youafter item is processed for shipment.

Please Note: Trackingnumber will be emailed when the order ships. The email will include thetracking number with a link to either UPS or USPS that will include estimateddelivery date. The tracking informationwill update as the package is picked up and scanned.

Shipping fees willnot be reimbursed unless the shipping time exceeds the paid service. (i.e. 2ndDay air arrived in 4 business days.) Weather related delays will not bereimbursed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Duringcheck-out we will ask for your shipping address details including country. Ifyour country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunatelywe cannot ship to your country at this time. We only ship via USPS internationally.

SHIPPING TYPES OFFERED & RATES:

TurnerMedical ships packages via USPS or UPS Ground when free shipping is selected. USPSMail typically takes 1-3 days anywhere in the USA for delivery including Hawaiiand Alaska. Saturday is considered a delivery day for USPS. If a package is larger,we usually ship UPS Ground. UPS Ground takes 1 to 5 business days.
