Software works. Takes some time to learn it. |

No problems in installing NVision 6.4 to my Dell DCCY1F 3GHz x64 running Windows 10 Pro.
Software, like NVision, installed in a computer is the only way to read the memory of the oximeter. NVision manages to get a lot of information from the oximeter (mine is a Nonin 7500).
The program itself does not make things easy to figure out. The only "Tutorial" it provides is intended for patients, not practitioners (it explains a summary report, not a full study report). The documentation (in the "help" tab) has an extensive Index. Otherwise, the documentation is sometimes cryptic. I haven't looked at competing software, like Profox or freeware, so I can't make comparative judgments.
NVision comes with 10 examples of patient data (they may look like your oximeter just downloaded the files, but it didn't).
Once past the learning hump, I found NVision does what Nonin says it will do. It is very useful. I wouldn't (couldn't!) use my oximeter without it.
