The FDA approved Creative SP-20 pulse oximeter accurately measures and records oxygen saturation (SpO2%) and heart rate data. The SP-20 is perfect for spot checks or for continuous monitoring.
Audible alarms can be easily set for both oxygen level (SpO2%) and heart rate. The SP-20 oximeter can be plugged in to a power source and the unit will charge while being used at the same time.
The internal battery can be used up to 18 hours before recharging.

APP Download Method:

Step 1:

For Android devices: search "Vihealth" on Google Play, and then download the app.

For iOS devices: search "Vi health" in App Store, and then download the app.

Step 2:

Turn on Wireless in the SP-20 settings menu.

Step 3:

Open the app "ViHealth" and connect the SP-20 Handheld Pulse Oximeter via Bluetooth.

Docking Stand Included:
Docking stand (holder) is used to hold the oximeter as well as charge the oximeter. Oximeter can be used while charging in the stand for continuous use without the worry of batteries running out.

Optional Infrared Ear Thermometer:
The SP-20 has the ability to take temperature readings from the ear using the optional infrared ear thermometer. Temperature readings will display on the SP-20 and previous readings can also be reviewed on the oximeter.

Large Auto-Rotate Display with Stand:
The SP-20 display automatically rotates for vertical or horizontal viewing. On the backside of the oximeter there is a stand that can be used to hold the oximeter while on it's side.

Review Oximetry Data on the display without needing to download to a PC
You can choose between two data display modes on the SP-20 to review oxygen saturation and heart rate data without the need to transfer the data to a Windows PC for review.

Spot-Check Record: a list showing the recording time, SpO2 value and pulse rate value for each spot-checking event

Creative Oximeter Data Manager Oximetry Software

Creative Oximeter Data Manager oximetry software is free and can be downloaded for use with your SP-20 pulse oximeter. The software allows you to download, create reports and print data captured using your SP-20 oximeter.

Data can be transferred to a Windows PC using the included USB cable or can be transferred in real-time using a Bluetooth connection (PC requires Bluetooth). Oximetry data will display on the PC while streaming to a PC.

How the Creative SP-20 Pulse Oximeter Streams Data to the ViHealth App

The Creative SP-20 Pulse Oximeter seamlessly streams real-time oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate data to the ViHealth app via Bluetooth, enabling easy monitoring and data management. Follow these steps to understand how it works:

App Installation
Download the ViHealth app from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). Ensure you have the latest version for optimal compatibility. The app is published by Shenzhen Viatom Technology Co., Ltd.
Device Setup
Power on the SP-20 oximeter by pressing the power button or inserting a finger to activate it. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet. Ensure the device is charged using the provided USB cable or docking stand.
Bluetooth Connection
Open the ViHealth app and enable Bluetooth on your phone. Do not pair the SP-20 through your phone’s system settings; instead, use the app to detect and connect to the oximeter. The app automatically recognizes the SP-20 when it’s powered on and within range.
Real-Time Data Streaming
Once connected, the SP-20 streams high-resolution SpO2 and heart rate data multiple times per second to the ViHealth app. The app displays live readings in a user-friendly format, including graphs for tracking trends. Monitor oxygen levels, pulse rate, and motion in real time. To end the data streaming session and for the ViHealth app to create reports, power off the Sp-20 oximeter when you are done streaming data. The ViHealth app will then create a report for reviewing/sharing.
Data Storage and Management
The app stores historical data locally on your device or in the cloud if you log in with an account (local mode is available without login). It supports multi-user management, allowing up to 10 users under one account. Data can be filtered by date and shared as reports with family or doctors via email or other platforms.

For accurate readings, wear the sensor (e.g., on a finger, ear, or forehead, depending on the probe) snugly and avoid excessive motion or strong ambient light.

So far so good !

The SP-20 seems to be finally what I needed, after trying many other similar types, including ones that look the same on Amazon, but are not! The ability to connect to the ViHealth app via bluetooth is a huge plus, one can easily see the overall curve, or zoom in as much as you want. The customer support from Turner is superb. Very helpful and informative information phone line.

It does the job!

This pulse ox picks up when others didn't. We got the ear probe, and have found we can actually use the finger and the ear probes. So far so good! And for a great price.
