I think I have now tried them all.  This one is the most comfortable for use over night, even compared to the soft sensor.  If you have small hands as I do, its a little on the big side.  I found I can use it decently on my middle finger although it may work best on the thumb if you have small hands... plan to try that next.

The sensor is used every day at night time. It works well for about 3-4 months then then sensor stops reading correctly and it only has a 90 day warranty. I'm on the 3rd one now. The O2 reading fluctuates, setting off the alarm intermittently throughout the night.
