The Creative SP-20 handheld pulse oximeter with a 3 ft ear sensor provides accurate SpO2, pulse rate, and perfusion index monitoring by taking the reading from the earlobe. The included ear sensor designed for adults can be used in clinics, hospitals, or for homecare. Featuring MoveOxy SpO2 technology, it ensures reliable readings in low perfusion or motion conditions, ideal for patients with poor circulation. The 3.5” auto-rotating TFT display, configurable alarms, Bluetooth/USB connectivity, and 580 hours of data storage support real-time analysis via the ViHealth app or PC software. Its 18-hour rechargeable battery and docking stand offer versatile use.

SP-20 Pulse Oximeter Displays Perfusion Index PI% (Strength of O2/HR Reading)

The Creative SP-20 displays the perfusion index (PI%) to help users assess the reliability of their readings. This is very important when using an oximeter on a person who has poor blood circulation issues. When using an oximeter the PI% should read at or above 0.5%. Creative SP-20 Pulse Oximeter

The FDA approved Creative SP-20 pulse oximeter accurately measures and records oxygen saturation (SpO2%) and heart rate data. The SP-20 is perfect for spot checks or for continuous monitoring.

Audible alarms can be easily set for both oxygen level (SpO2%) and heart rate. The SP-20 oximeter can be plugged in to a power source and the unit will charge while being used at the same time.

The internal battery can be used up to 18 hours before recharging.

APP Download Method:

Step 1:

For Android devices: search "Vihealth" on Google Play, and then download the app.

For iOS devices: search "Vi health" in App Store, and then download the app.

Step 2:

Turn on Wireless in the SP-20 settings menu.

Step 3:

Open the app "ViHealth" and connect the SP-20 Handheld Pulse Oximeter via Bluetooth.

Docking Stand Included:
Docking stand (holder) is used to hold the oximeter as well as charge the oximeter. Oximeter can be used while charging in the stand for continuous use without the worry of batteries running out.


Optional Infrared Ear Thermometer:
The SP-20 has the ability to take temperature readings from the ear using the optional infrared ear thermometer. Temperature readings will display on the SP-20 and previous readings can also be reviewed on the oximeter.




Large Auto-Rotate Display with Stand:
The SP-20 display automatically rotates for vertical or horizontal viewing. On the backside of the oximeter there is a stand that can be used to hold the oximeter while on it's side.





Review Oximetry Data on the display without needing to download to a PC
You can choose between two data display modes on the SP-20 to review oxygen saturation and heart rate data without the need to transfer the data to a Windows PC for review.

Spot-Check Record: a list showing the recording time, SpO2 value and pulse rate value for each spot-checking event

Creative Oximeter Data Manager Oximetry Software

Creative Oximeter Data Manager oximetry software is free and can be downloaded for use with your SP-20 pulse oximeter. The software allows you to download, create reports and print data captured using your SP-20 oximeter.

Data can be transferred to a Windows PC using the included USB cable or can be transferred in real-time using a Bluetooth connection (PC requires Bluetooth). Oximetry data will display on the PC while streaming to a PC.

Pulse Ox with Ear Sensor
I recommend this Creative SP-20 pulse oximeter with ear sensor. Helps a lot for random checks without disturbing anyone’s sleep. This machine is light and portable.

Worth every cent.
Well worth the money. My previous fingertip device read me as a flatliner for several minutes every time. It is refreshing to get a quick accurate read. The ear clip is wonderful and it's also good to have the enclosed finger clip. Look for FDA approved devices like this. Turner is a delight to deal with, fast and effecient.

Creative SP-20 Pulse Oximeter with Ear Sensor
I've used this for a few days now, and it's solved a big problem for therapists trying to monitor my oxygen levels. When using continuously it does need to be switched occasionally from one ear lobe to the other.
