not accurate
I bought this so I could monitor my blood oxygen level during exercise and activities. I was excited because it fit well and allowed me to do activities but the readings were wrong. (or I'm able to exercise with O2 of 45%... I'm thinking the meter perhaps was tight enough that it did not allow blood flow to the area???? no idea - but I also measured with a finger pulse ox meter and the ear oxi was
